Labour's latest attack on Tory cuts

Is it me or does this feel a little amateurish?

I've argued that the whole debate on public spending is completely the wrong way around. Instead of focussing on who will be cutting the most out of public spending as a bad thing we should be looking at which party will be wasting the most of our money on unnecessary projects as a bad thing.

Amateurish? Compared to the Tory video doing the rounds yes most definitely!!

I have shouted it from the rooftops that when you've got no money, then you can't spend it and you're pretty damn foolish to borrow any.
There's nothing wrong with public spending cuts: indeed if Labour had done some pruning then we might not be in such a deep hole as we are.

The crappiest bit is the tiny bit falling off the 10% graphic - you'd hardly notice it.

To be honest - it could be used by the Tories to show how honest they are being!!!

FAIL

i dont think this is an official effort. But I agree with Plato - It's almost an endorsement of the Tories...at least they tell the truth!

@CitizenSmart
I know it's hard to believe (it is very shit)but this is an "official effort". Check it out at the UK Labour Party's offical Youtube site http://www.youtube.com/user/theuklabourparty

The music is dreadful.

And yes - why are spending cuts seen as such bad thing when the country can't afford the current level of spending? All that is missing from the video to make a Tory one is the punchline of "we have to do this because of Labour's over-spending."
