Some kids from Nottingham High School won a national economics competition for coming up with a UK financial plan - which said a fiscal stimulus was the wrong thing to do.

Ironically enough Nottingham High is the same schools that Ken Clarke went to, not to mention would-be chancellor Ed Balls.
Read about it over Richard B's.
